Ninja Gaiden 3 tar spilleren med på nok en reise med helten Hayabusa, men denne gangen får du se mer til karakteren enn noen sinne før. Du får nemlig oppleve verdenen fra Hayabusas øyne, og finner ut hva som får han til å slåsse/drepe.
